HALB 4th graders connect to students in Modiin

The Hebrew Academy of Long Beach has entered an online and video Skype partnership with the Ariel school in Modiin through Israeli Schools Online.

HALB is excited to have linked the fourth grade boys class of Isaac Casper, whose family recently made aliyah to Modiin, with his old HALB friends on Long Island. A similar linkage was formed between the fourth grade girls.

In preparation for this partnership, the Bnot Akiva of HALB had each student write an information card in Hebrew that was given to the children in Israel. Students at the Ariel school quickly wrote letters in return.
