Youngsters fill new spaces at bigger HAFTR

With a major influx of new students in its early childhood division this year, HAFTR creatively reorganized existing space, with the pre-school division filling the kindergarten building and the kindergarten classes moved into the lower school building in Lawrence. This made room for the additional three classes. HAFTR also initiated a toddler aged program called Transition to Twos for the children of HAFTR faculty, with the possibility of opening it to everyone next year. The school is also refurbishing spaces that are more than 25 years old, including a multipurpose room and a playground, and is adding a sensory gym for occupational and physical therapy.
