Posted

Achieving greatness is the theme of a seminar being conducted by Rabbi Immanuel Yosef Legomsky, MA, neurotherapist, a PTSD trauma expert and director of Israel Trauma Care.

Rabbi Legomsky’s seminar is titled, “Skills to Neutralize STRESS Anxiety: Increase Your Productivity To Achieve Your Greatness.”

Israel Trauma Care is a Jerusalem non-profit that provides free PTSD Trauma Care to victims of terror and licensed facilitators’ training.

Since 1996, ITC Director Rabbi Legomsky and three founders have researched and specialized in somatic, physiologically-based methods for helping terror victims with PTSD trauma, TBI brain injuries, pain and anger/grieving control, and sleep  issues suffered by terror victims and their families.

ITC’s primary expertise is in the reduction of cortisol blood levels by 25 percent within 30 minutes of self application. Cortisol is the primary medical indicator of stress anxiety levels.

Rabbi Legomsky says that he is one of only 22 trainers worldwide of Matrix Reimprinting. Additionally. he is an advanced trainer of EFT, NLP, NeurOptimal EEG Brainwave Neurofeedback, and applying the Vielight Neuro  Intranasal light therapy along with transcranial photobiomodulation.

Rabbi Immanuel’s first free seminar is scheduled for 1 pm on Sunday, Dec. 4 at Congregation B’nai Avraham, 117 Remsen St. in Brooklyn Heights. He said that additional sessions will be held in Nassau County.

These seminars will enable participants to immediately gain self applicable skills to manage and neutralize stress anxiety, Rabbi Legomsky said. To register to attend a seminar or for more information, contact Rabbi Legomsky, 646-703-9862, EFTRabbi@gmail.com, or visit IsraelTraumaCare.org
