A new web-based program promises to eliminate the hassles of planning guest lists for simchas.

Subscribers to Smartsimcha.com can incorporate multiple address lists, print envelopes, seating cards, and thank-you notes.  It allows guests to RSVP online, send a gift via paypal, and print personalized driving directions. The program is currently available after five years of development by a programming staff from the Tri-state area with over 20 years of experience.

“It’s online software to manage all the guest information for any type of simcha from beginning to end, from A to Z,” explained a company spokesperson.

One of the features includes an address search that automatically fills in the list fields. Subscribers can set up questionnaires on the site to find out if guests need transportation and if they are coming for the Shabbat sheva brachot. The program creates table and seating sections —separate or mixed or both. If the wedding is separate seating, the program can print both spouses’ table number on each seating card. “It keeps all the information organized and saves money just on printing envelopes, RSVPs, and thank you notes,” said the spokesperson.

Subscriptions for Smartsimcha.com are $37 for a one-month subscription, $75 for three months and $100 for five months.
