To our friends at Chabad,

Thank you for caring about us during a very frightening time in our lives; during and after Hurricane Sandy. You didn’t forget us for the 10 days that we were without electricity and heat. (And even after.)

We lived in our dark and cold apartments in fear and you sent us hot meals, blankets, thermal socks and we were warmed with your love. You reached out to every one of us and we are very grateful.

Thanks for all that you always do for the community and beyond.
