HAFTR’s Hawks clinched the varsity championship on Sunday when they defeated local rival DRS Wildcats, 2-1. The HAWKS did the unimaginable in the playoffs by traveling to Teaneck and beating the Number 1 team in the league, the TABC Storm, in a sudden death overtime 3-2, going from there to take on the Number 2 Wildcats.
