Chesed at Shulamith

The Shulamith Middle Division Chesed Program got off to a quick start with a “Kids Helping Kids Pre-Yom Tov Clothing Drive.” The girls on the chesed committee have been busy sorting, folding and packaging clothing which will be donated to LEV LI, a gemach in Bayswater that provides clothing for children throughout Far Rockaway and the Five Towns.  

The drive will end next Wednesday, Sept. 27, but the joy of doing a mitzvah will last much longer.
